INTRODUCTION (annotation of dissertation) 
 
The purpose of the research is to study the specific peculiarities of 
organization of psychological services in healthcare system of Uzbekistan and the 
development of the structure of medical and psychological services in accordance 
with the nosology of chronic somatic diseases. 
The object of study was 575 patients (67 physicians, who work at the 
medical institutions in Tashkent city and 508 residents from a number of the 
population). 418 patients and 30 – in control group (healthy respondents), total 
1023 respondents were in the study. 
Scientific novelty of research: 
it has been established that patients with chronic somatic disease are related to 
their mental state, disease response, disease treating strategies and resources, such 
as disease severity, intensity and duration of pain, prospective outcomes and 
complications; 
it was proved that patients with chronic somatic disorders are connected with 
their own dysfunction, such as "neurasthenic", "sensitive" and "egocentric", 
emotional depression such as “depression” and “joy” and “anger”; 
the structure of organization of psychological services in medical institutions 
aimed at the organizational - psychological provision of the full medical- 
psychological- social rehabilitation of the patient was developed; 
it has been revealed the psycho – physiological (fast fatigue, decreasing of 
working ability, physical limitations), psychological (anxiety, fearing, aggression, 
depression and behavioral disorders), and social - psychological (problems in 
interpersonal attitudes, social adaptation disorders), the types of psychological 
service on psychological characteristics of the diseases and psychological, social 
peculiarities of personality of the patient, the type of attitudes to the illnesses.
