Introduction (Philosophye Doctor (PHD) Disertility Annotation) 
 
The purpose of the study is to empirically study the laws of interdependence 
of psychological protection mechanisms and types of religiosity and to develop 
recommendations for the prevention of destructive religious behavior. 
As the object of the study is the process of studying the psychological 
protection mechanisms of the individual and the interdependence of the types of 
religiosity was chosen and 21 students from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, 31 
students from the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, 111 students 
from the National University of Uzbekistan, 56 students from the Tashkent 
Pedagogical University named after Nizomi, and 90 students from the Denov 
Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy Institute of Samarkand State University, a total of 
309 respondents were involved in the research.
