(Reference of the Republican Education Center under the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 14, 2021 No 01 / 11-01 / 10-1012). As a result, the process of independent work of primary school pupils was methodologically systematized; Proposals to improve this activity The research project of the Center for Innovative Cluster of Pedagogical Education under the Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent region and the State Inspectorate for Control of Education Quality under the Ministry of Public Education and the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 8, 2020 17/23-kk Used in the implementation of the research project “The role and importance of basic schools in the preparation for international research” and the development of its scientific conclusions ). As a result, pupils developed the ability to plan leisure time in preparation for PIRLS international assessment research, pedagogical stages of effective organization of independent work (motivational, cognitive, operational-technological, reflexive- assessment), modern pedagogical activity of teachers (moderator, facilitator, tutor, mentor). harmonized with the content; Problems and solutions in preparation for international research on the quality of education and scientific and practical recommendations for the effective organization of independent work in the formation of competence of primary school pupils were used in the preparation of information programs “Tashkent 24” (12.05.2021) and “Reportage” reference of the State Unitary Enterprise of TV Radio Channel No. 02-40-1020 dated August 11, 2021). As a result, practical proposals for the effective organization of leisure time of primary school pupils, the formation of the ability to work independently, independent preparation for international assessment research served to strengthen the scientific and methodological support of educational institutions and the introduction of new reforms; Didactic support for the formation of learning competencies in pupils and methodological recommendations to increase its effectiveness: the formation of learning competencies of primary school pupils, such as person-centered, problem- based, developmental, game-based learning technologies (reverse learning, MIMM, coaching method, student portfolio) (Reference of the State Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education under the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 8, 2021 № 01-471). As a result, pupils ’ability to work independently and the ability to prepare independently for PIRLS international assessment studies were formed; age-psychological characteristics of pupils: the level of learning, interests, abilities, as well as the mechanism developed on the basis of the project, which 50 focuses independent work on a specific goal, allowed to improve learning activities. (Reference of the Republican Education Center under the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 14, 2021 No 01 / 11-01 / 10- 1012).
