Personality - the main subject and object of the training system, consumer and
producer of
educational services;
The state and society are the guarantors of training and demand for personnel that
regulate activities and monitor the functioning of the education and training
system;
Continuous education is the basis for the preparation of qualified, competitive
personnel, which includes all types of
education, state educational standards,
structure
and functioning environment;
Science - the producer and consumer of highly qualified specialists, the developer
of advanced pedagogical and information technologies;
Production - the main customer, determining the
need for personnel, as well as the
requirements for quality and level of their preparedness, the participant of
financing and material and technological support of the training system.
Bachelor - a basic higher education with fundamental and applied knowledge in
the fields, with a duration of study of at least four years. Based on the
results of the
state certification, the degree of "bachelor" is awarded by profession and is issued
a
state diploma, which gives the right to engage in professional activities.
