Independent Reviewer’s recommendation to panel:

I consider this misconduct to be serious, or I consider this misconduct to be less than serious but the student has not agreed that it be dealt with by means of a minor penalty, therefore the case has now been considered by me as Independent Reviewer within the Faculty. I have advised the student that the matter is now being submitted to the Academic Misconduct Panel and they will be invited to a formal hearing.
