your four key goals and create your first draft of a
stepby-step plan on how to achieve it.
10. Come up with some models-people who have already done what you want
to do.
11. Create your ideal day.
12.Design your perfect environment-sense of place. What would bring out the
best of all that you are as a person?
Doing these exercises could be the most important steps you can take in
your life. You can't reach your outcomes if you don't know what they are. If you
get
anything from this chapter, it should be this: Results are inevitable. If you
don't provide your mind with the programming of the results you desire, someone
else will provide that programming for you.
