7.Kesish ma’romlarini belgilash va hisoblash.
Kesish ma’romlarini belgilashda ishlov berish turi va xarakteri, kesish asbobi o’lchamlari va uning kesuvchi qismi materiali, zagotovka materiali va holati, jihoz turi va holati hisobga olinadi. Kesish ma’romlari odatda quyidagi tartibda belgilanadi.
Kesish chuqurligi t: qora ishlov berishda imkon qadar max t qiymati belgilanadi.
Surish s: qora ishlov berishda dastgoh-moslama-kesish asbobi detal tizimi bikrligi va mustahkamligi, dastgoh yuritkichi quvvati, qattiq qotishmali plastinka mustahkamligi va boshqa cheklovchi omillarni hisobga olib, imkon qadar max s surish qiymati tanlanadi.
Kesish tezligi v har bir ishlov berish turi uchun jadvallar bo’yicha aniqlanadi.
