Lantanni arsenazo III yordamida aniqlash
Kerakli reaktivlar:
Asosiy standart eritma. Lantan nitrat, kimyoviy toza (xch), 100 mkg/ml-li eritmasi – 0,1 mg ml/ml
Ishchi eritma. Lantan nitrat, 10 mkg/ml-li eritmasi, asosiy eritmani suyultiriladi. 0,01 mg/ml
Arsenazo III, taxlil uchun toza(chda), 0,015%-li eritmasi
Xlorid kislota, taxlil uchun toza (chda), 0,08 M eritmasi

Keyin 50 ml-gacha distillangan suv solinadi. 10 minutdan keyin o‘lchov o‘tkaziladi. λ= 500-700 nm, kyuvet 10 mm
Aniq ma’lumot olish uchun 4-5 marta (eng kamida 3 marta) tayyorlanib qayta o‘lchov o‘tkaziladi.
Keyin arifmetik o‘rtacha qiymat olinadi va jadval kalibrovkali jadval tuziladi.

Lantan ionining titrini fotoelektrokolorimetrda aniqlash
