*dasturkhon- cloth spread over a table or upon the floor 
*g`arma - thick atala* with pea 
*Karakul- geographic denomination: name of place located in Bukhara region
*mastava - a type of soup made with rice, meat, and vegetables
*Nurota - geographic denomination: name of place located in Navoi region
*Olot - geographic denomination: name of place located in Bukhara region
*qora osh - soup like mastava without rice but lentils
*sayl- festivity: Sumalak sayli, Navruz sayli 
*shovla - rice porridge
