Water is the most important for plant. We cannot imagine even our life without water. We know there is little or no water somewhere. San Fernando is one of these places. Have you ever heard about this valley before? It – The Central Valley‘s drought is the worst for some years. Drought started there some years ago. Average rainfall in the valley is down 35%. Less rainfall in the mountains also limits the water cycle in this already arid region as well. It is very difficult to grow some plants and many rain-fed crops are dying there . Recently, many farmers dug ditches to irrigate them. There are also some wells there. They use extra groundwater from their wells too. Many experts say that will create water shortages in the future.

Do you like travelling? Travelling somewhere is very interesting habit, isn‘t it? Almost all people like travelling. It is very interesting to see new places, another towns, cities and countries. People may travel either for pleasure or on business. There are various means of travelling. For me there is nothing like travel by air; it is more comfortable, more convenient and, of course, far quicker than any other means. To travel with a train you have speed, comfort and pleasure combined. From the comfortable seat of a railway carriage you have a splendid view of the whole countryside. If you are hungry, you can have a meal in the dining-car, and if a journey is a long one you can have a wonderful bed in a sleeper.
