Technology for the development of critical thinking.

The “Critical Thinking” technology teaches the independent search for new knowledge, uses student dialogue, creates a psychologically comfortable environment, since in the lesson it is allowed to make mistakes, to be mistaken, and then there is an opportunity to correct their mistakes. Technology offers many forms of working with educational material. This educational technology is aimed at developing students' thinking style, the main features of which are criticality, flexibility, openness, reflexivity. The purpose of using this technology in the educational process is to develop the intellectual abilities of the student, allowing him to study independently.



  1. Education based on information and communication technologies.

The term technology in education is a service concept like technology in the service of agriculture of farmers or science in the service of mankind. It refers to the use of equipment and machines for educational purposes. It involves the use of a wide range of audio- visual equipments, hardware and sophisticated electronic devices like films, projectors, radio, television, tape recorder, teaching machines and computers etc. Educational technology as explained earlier is a wider term than technology in education. It includes hardware approach, software approach and systems approach.



  1. Collaborative learning. Group technologies of foreign language teaching.

The core of the interactive approach are interactive exercises and tasks that are performed by students. The main difference between interactive exercises and tasks from ordinary ones is that they are directed not only and not so much to consolidate the material already studied, but rather to study a new one. Games allow a differentiated approach to students, involve every student in the work, taking into account his interests, level of language training. Exercises of a game character enrich the students with new impressions, activate the vocabulary and perform a developing function. They can be diverse in their purpose, content, ways of organizing and conducting. Each exercise of a game character requires at least 10–12 minutes of training time. Role-playing can be used both at the initial stage of training. It always presents a situation that is created both by verbal means and by non-verbal means: graphic, monologic / dialogical text, etc.
