It basically means the interests of this group, its social status and the peculiarities of its historical development. At the same time, political culture is influenced by historical traditions, national, geographical, cultural, and religious factors. Changes in social development, as well as priorities in political development, also occur in political culture. However, they do not happen quickly and automatically, because of the deep rooted stereotypes. The person adopts the stereotypes of the political thought that are common to the social environment that he sees, the sinister, the ways of his character. At the same time, each person's political culture has individual characteristics, which reflects personal experience, level of knowledge, and psychological traits. The political culture of a person is manifested at the level of political knowledge, at the level of civic engagement, in the way of particular values.
