166 Maqom Sabo: gives courage to people. Maqom with a kiss: gives people strength. Maqom Husaini: Brings peace and comfort to people. Maqom Hijaz: awakens a sense of modesty in people. Naturally, this has a different effect depending on the type of music and the human psyche. For example, upbeat music can help you focus, while a quiet tune can help you sleep better. It is possible to regulate the nervous system with the help of music played on the flute. Tambour and dutar bring peace and tranquility to the soul, and gijjak activates the feeling of compassion. Percussion instruments help to restore the heart rhythm and effectively affect the circulatory system. Many people know that light music in the morning is a reason to cheer up. Given this, it is necessary to choose the right music and set the right time. A number of sources note that music can be of great benefit to patients not only as a means of therapy, but also as a means of protection. For example, music can be widely used to relieve nervousness in urban areas, to lift the spirits of workers in factories, to increase the production of poultry and livestock. [Somakchi. It is support when you miss, support when you stumble, a beacon in the dark, and hope when you are sick. It will not be a mistake to say that the introduction of music therapy in Uzbekistan is a call of the times. Music therapy laboratories should be opened in clinics, where therapists should work together with musicologists. REFERENCES: 1. Mannopov S. Musical art of the Uzbek people.
