Аннотация: сегодня перед нашим обществом стоит вопрос о подготовке зрелых специалистов, 
всесторонне развитых и способных внедрять научно-технические достижения. Роль организации кружочков 
в решении этого вопроса очень велика. Детская педагогика и психология - основные вопросы в организации 
деятельности, цель - изучение педагогических и психологических особенностей детей, организатор детского 
кружочка правильно организовать детский ранний час, дать им представление о дополнительных 
образование и основная профессия избранного кружочка - научить формировать шишку.

shows, the Uzbek school is interested in assistance from universities in the field of career guidance, since most of 
them do not have the resource to implement the data programs. In the tenth anniversary, studies of the problems and 
effectiveness of career guidance in the context of sustainable education are actively visited in different regions of 
Uzbekistan, both among schoolchildren and junior students. 
The results obtained show that in many secondary educational institutions there is no vocational guidance 
work to achieve progress or is completely absent. In most schools, individual psychological and pedagogical 
support for high school students is not and the basis of professional self-determination has a weakly expressed 
character. University professors can help in the development and implementation of a career guidance program 
aimed at developing the skills of a conscious choice of profession among high school students. At the same time, 
the teaching staff should be in demand in the school, requiring attention, as well as a carefully thought-out goal of 
universities. But the study of the store, which the administrative school expects universities to conduct such career 
guidance work that creates an open campaign for admission to a particular university, focusing only on the 
development of certain properties and the ability to make an informed choice. 
Today, as part of participation in schools with universities, various forms of career guidance are used: 
organizing subject weeks at school, engineering classes, preparing students for high-level conferences and 
Olympiads, conducting elective courses in professional studies, professional tests, testing, attracting students to 
scientific - research work. One of the promising areas of career guidance is the organization of university teachers 
research circles in educational institutions. This form of interaction solves the problems of both the school and the 
university. Within its framework, the development and study of the skills of students, for which the school does not 
always have enough time resources, takes place. University professors can skillfully identify the motives and 
expectations of applicants, their ideas about a professional career, their need for interest in a particular area of the 
labor market and mutual difficulties in their university. 
The sociological circle "First steps into science" was held in one of the lyceums of the Moscow region, the 
socio-psychological circle - in one of the schools in Moscow. The tasks of the sociological research circle "First 
steps into science" were: -formation of ideas about experience, its methods and detection; - development of skills to 
independently collect and use information; - development of skills to work in the game; - technologies for the 
development and conduct of research; - development of presentation skills research results in the publication.
Classes in stocks once a week for two academic hours, a total of 74 hours. The share of theoretical classes is 
30%, practical - 70%. The program of the circle provides for the work of students in groups, pairs, and individual. 
Classes are present in the formats of master classes, trainings, practical exercises. Practical work of volunteers at 
various stages: 1) selection of a topic for a research project; 2) study of literature on the chosen topic; 3) 
development of the research program; 4) development of research tools; 5) mastering google forms for conducting 
an online survey; 6) organizing a survey of respondents; 7) description of data income and development of a 
solution to solve the problem; 8) preparation of presentations and speeches at a scientific and practical conference. 
Pupils independently chose a topic for them or tried their own interesting one. When implementing the project, a 
workbook was used, in which all stages of the research were recorded work.
Each time it is important that the project is completed to the end, then the students have a sense of moral 
behavior, and if the project is successful, a sense of pride in it. It turned out that the results of the project must be 
positioned primarily in the classroom - for the interest in research activities among other students, and also to obtain 
the status of those students who have already completed this task. As a result, projects were prepared to revise the 
topics: “Environmental problems of the city in the eyes of and residents”, “Social problems of the city and their 
solution”, “Attitude towards school”. nicknames to computer games”, “Attitude of students to school uniform”. The 
results of the work were presented in the form of presentations in various classes, and then in investigative bodies 
and district competitions, as well as in research and high-level literacy tests. The circle "Social psychology" was 
preserved for the 10-11th grades of the humanitarian and socio-economic orientation.
Classes are held once a week for two hours in various forms: interactive mini-lectures, discussions, case 
studies, trainings, role-playing and business games. Development students show the use of constructive interaction 
tactics in conflict, they have the opportunity to test various models of role-playing behavior for a certain 
interpersonal communication. The volume of the load is 76 hours, of which 30 hours are theoretical, 46 are practical 
classes. The program of the circle of wide coverage in independent main sections, structural component of seven 
circles: 1) five introductory lessons "The role of psychology in individual worlds"; 2) formation of the maximum 
body weight; 3) training in communication skills and self-regulation of emotions; 4) personal growth training; 5) 
training of professional self-determination "Map of Life"; 6) social creativity; 7) Final lesson "What we have 
learned." At practical classes, psychodiagnostics tests were carried out, mini-questionnaires were developed on 
communication skills, the formation of a large team, personal growth, career choice. The program also includes 
elements of sociological design (development of a questionnaire, interviews with guidebooks, presentation of the 
project).
