The aim of the course work. In this course work the aim of teaching English language to young learners, the development of Uzbekistan education system were discussed. This course work also deals with young children’s foreign language acquisition and learning within the scope of the very early stages of the school system. This scientific research is dedicated to help readers to make teaching more effective, by attending to learning and the inner mental world of the learner, and by then understanding how classroom activities and teacher decisions can create, or limit, children’s opportunities for learning. Although there are many unorganized theories, opinions, models, and proposals about how to teach modern languages to young children, we will be focusing on the work of researches who have significantly contributed to this area of investigation. The call for papers for the issue resulted in a tremendous response, from many countries and contexts around the world. The articles selected for publication in this idea show the range and quality of research into YLs that is currently being conducted globally, providing insights into the practical concerns of ELT professionals who teach children. Teacher training for young learners could also be more specific as to which age groups they are aimed at, especially regarding whether the focus is on pre-primary, primary or teenagers. They highlight key issues in the field, from the sociocultural contexts of learning through effective research approaches for investigating YLs to technologies of learning and investigations of classroom practices, amongst other things.
The assignments of the course work. It can sometimes be difficult getting your young learners to stay focused for an entire class. However, you can use that energy and curiosity to your full advantage. Here’s how to teach English to children using engaging games and activities. For example teachers wrote that they were frustrated at teaching the finer points of grammar such as the present perfect tense to children who seemed unable to grasp them. Shows how age appropriate activities can be effective in promoting opportunities for even very young children to learn in a classroom environment. This main points announces that the teaching of YLs, a cornerstone of the ELT profession, is an area where research and informed discussion have come of age. In this my introductory article, we will briefly identify and discuss key themes in the field of teaching English to YLs, as reflected in the articles in this special edition. To begin our discussion, we first consider the question: What is elucidation to the term "young learners"?
