Implementation of the research results. Based on scientific results and
methodological proposals and recommendations for improving the teacher training system for primary school English teachers: identifications of multiple triangulation to identify the critical factors of procedural content and reflective-communicative structural components based on the experience of early learning of foreign languages introduction, which ensure high reliability and validity of the empirical research results, have been used in the teacher training course materials on teaching English in primary schools at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training specialists of the public education system (Reference No. 01/09-842 of the Avloni Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Managers and Specialists of the Public Education System dated November 19, 2020). As a result, the level of professional competence of primary school English teachers has been improved; conclusions on the paradigm approach components of the mechanism for improving the professional competence of primary school English teachers based 56 on the methodological and content requirements established for the advanced training courses organization, the skills of reflection, self-reflection, motivational training, and the development of internal potential in teaching English in primary education have been improved and used in the development of the educational and methodological set Kids’ English for pupils of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades for the primary school of the republic (Reference No. 676-214 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education dated December 28, 2020). As a result, the methods and teaching aids used in teaching English in primary grades have been improved; the results of the proposal of the typology of reflexively circular, cooperative and personally reflective classes based on the effectiveness of the introduction of positive motivational as an alternative method of professional development of teachers, reflective and communicative components of the scientific and didactic support of the system of methodological support and advanced training of primary school teachers have been used in the development of instructions for assessing knowledge and skills of primary school learners of the republic to achieve level A1 (Reference No. 02/6-248 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education dated November 30, 2020), as well as in the development of educational and methodological recommendations for the organization of work in learning centers (learning stations) (certificate of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for the Development of Methods of Teaching Foreign languages at the Uzbek State University of World Languages dated May 18, 2021 No. 10-06/21). As a result, this served to increase the skill of self-assessment of primary school students in assessing knowledge and skills; recommendations for integrating the most effective methods of the components of the reflective technology of methodological and didactic support, aimed at improving the programs of advanced training courses for primary school English teachers based on the use of reflection and self-reflection methods, have been used in the advanced training course for primary school English teachers (certificate of the British Council in Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2020 No. OS 21-88), as well as when organizing advanced training courses for teachers of English (certificate of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education dated December 28, 2020 No. 676-214). As a result, this served to expand the scientific and didactic capabilities of the methodological support system, improve the professional skills of primary school English teachers. (Certificate of the British Council in Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2020 No. OS 21-88), as well as when organizing advanced training courses for teachers of English (certificate of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education dated December 28, 2020 No. 676-214). As a result, this served to expand the scientific and didactic capabilities of the methodological support system, improve the professional skills of elementary school English teachers.
