As for the stylistic function of anadiplosis it repeats a word in quick succession in successive clauses in order to add emphasis to the main idea, as readers tend to focus more on the repetition of words and thereby on the idea emphasized upon.

Anadiplosis also serves to decorate a piece of writing or a speech. Often, CEOs and modern executives are fond of using it to make their suggestions and commands effective⁴¹

We have chosen Modern Uzbek poetry for our practical part in which we have analyzed the usage of syntactical stylistic device anadiplosis and obtained the following poetic texts that you will find very interesting:

YOG'OCH SO'RI

Yog'och so'ri, bu dunyoda nima ko'rding?,

Nima ko'rdim bu dunyoda, yog'och so'ri?
Kechalar sen yolg'izgina o'ylar surding,
Mening esa ado bo'ldi qalbim qo'ri.

Bolalik yo'q. Yo'qdir sirli qutichalar,

Qayda qoldi bahorimning jolalari?
Hovlidagi pastu baland musichalar
Musichamas, bu akamning bolalari.

Thus we have come to conclusion that that the stylistic function of syntactical stylistic device repetition, in our case, anadiplosis is the same with its equivalent’s in Modern English.
