SOCIO-CULTURAL, POLITICAL-LEGAL AND GENDER FACTORS OF RAISING THE STATUS OF WOMEN IN SOCIETY O.Anvarovna Teacher of the Faculty of preschool education Annotation: This article discusses the role of women operating in the STEM direction in educational processes. The situation in our country were analyzed. Information has been given about the effectiveness of the application of VR (virtual reality) technologies in education and the work of women scientists in this direction. Key words: STEM, gender equality, gender literacy, VR, women's social and political activism. The rapid development of computer and information technology is changing the image of the modern material world, everyday life and relationships. Time is becoming more and more sensitive to new, modern innovations. In order to keep pace with the race of changing technologies, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the trends in the economic and social development of society and the development of sustainable development principles that reduce risks in the constant transition to new technologies. At the same time, it is very important that the new digital economy, including the economy of the social sphere, affects the life of each member of society, is inclusive for everyone, does not negatively affect people's lives, does not affect the economy of the social sphere. Recognizing the principles of sustainable technological transition to a new digital society, in this article we will focus on the problem of activity, involvement of women of different ages and social status in the transformation of society and the transition to the digital age. For many years, there was a phenomenon of the polarization of scientific careers in gender orientations - a disproportionate distribution of men and women in various fields of knowledge. In the technological transition to the new digital economy, the trend of male growth is increasingly criticized, especially in the study of the knowledge of the necessary natural sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics (which is next referred to as STEM). According to World Statistics, the dynamics of the development of inequality between boys and girls, and later between men and women, begins at school age. At each subsequent stage of the life path, this imbalance only increases. In this regard, we can draw a conclusion about the specific interconnection of the formation of inequality: it goes through the entire socialization of the individual in secondary and higher education, as well as his first steps in the labor market. The researchers calculated the average scores of students from different countries in mathematics. The results of the study show the preference of average boys in the above countries. And in Uzbekistan, the difference in the success of boys and girls is relatively small, but still exists. The existing gender segregation indicates a weak position of women in the expanding labor markets, which may be one of the factors in increasing gender inequality in society. Social inequality is accompanied by many discussions about the ability of women to compete with men for equal opportunities when entering the STEM profession and disagreements in society. One of the reasons for the emergence of such a situation is the role of gender bias, which often becomes the main factor in women's rejection of their goals and aspirations. Many cannot go through this difficult filter, and only a few have a career in STEM field. Including the use of the latest achievements of Information Technology in education, their orientation to education and training, the efforts of the women scientists of our country are growing significantly. It is known to all of us that in the system of public education, secondary special and professional education, higher education, classes are also conducted using internet technologies and computer tools, and quality is much more effective. Because the full involvement of educators in the course process through traditional teaching methods is now a much more complex task. It is necessary to create an unconventional lesson environment in order to attract all the attention of the audience to the lesson. In this case, the use of VR (virtual reality-virtual reality) technologies will give a particularly great effect. Students, seeing, hearing and writing in the course process, absorb the information they learn in 3D format, feeling that environment, like a participant in the process.
