I found a recipe for this delicious dish on the Internet, bought meat at the market, bought ready-made sheets for lasagna and started cooking in the morning. I ground the minced meat in our electric meat grinder (it needs half a kilogram), and began to prepare the bolognese sauce. I cut the onion into small squares, fried it in oil in a frying pan along with chopped carrots and celery, added chopped tomatoes. According to the recipe, tomato paste is put, but I decided that with fresh tomatoes it will be much tastier. Then she added minced meat, pepper, salt and simmered for twenty minutes.
The next stage was more difficult, as it was necessary to prepare the bechamel sauce, and it should turn out without lumps. I took 50 grams of butter, melted it, mixed it with two tablespoons of flour and, stirring constantly, poured one liter of milk into the saucepan. When the sauce thickened a little, I started the final stage. I put lasagna sheets in a glass baking dish, bechamel and bolognese sauces on top, grated Parmesan cheese. The last layer should be completely covered with sauce, since if there is not enough of it, the top of the lasagna will dry out. I baked this dish in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. The aroma was such that I could barely stand not to eat lasagna before my mom arrived. Oh, and she was delighted when she saw my masterpiece, and even more so when she tried it. Mom said it was the tastiest dish she had ever eaten in her life. Of course, I understood that she was encouraging me, but it was actually very tasty.
