THIS CONTENT PROVIDER AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Agreement") made this ___ day of

Handong Global University, an institution registered in the Republic of Korea (“South Korea”) by the
Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and having its principal address in, Pohang, Gyeongbuk,
South Korea, 791-708 (hereinafter " The University"),
and
Professor ___________________, an employee of _________________________________ [University
or College], in the __________________________________ [Department], and having his/her business
address at ______________________________________________________________________________
(hereinafter "Professor," “Instructor,” or “Content Provider,” interchangeably)
