The Future Leaders club focuses on the development of youth in the society. As it has a number of trends and appropriate strategies, there some social and educational events held by the Agency.

The main tasks of the Agency are the development of reforms in the field of civil service, the coordination of personnel policy of state bodies, the introduction of innovative methods of personnel management, the management of the National Personnel Reserve, the introduction of a system for evaluating the effectiveness of civil servants, the organization of open independent competitive selection for vacancies, etc.
