Abstract
The theoretical foundations of the mechanisms of forecasting and construction of an empirical model of handicrafts to the population of the region using digital technologies have been improved. A mathematical apparatus for creating a complex numerical econometric model of the regional economic system has been developed.
Medium-term multi-variant scenarios of handicraft development in the region are forecasted on the basis of a complex number of empirical models.
I. Introduction
In the conditions of globalization, it implies an in-depth analysis in terms of quantity and quality with the help of economic-mathematical methods in the development of our national crafts based on increasing the country's competitiveness, increasing its economic potential, wide introduction of innovations. The development of digital technologies is currently affecting almost all areas of economic activity.
The article highlights the results of research and forecasting based on empirical models of the development of handicrafts in the region and forecasting the quality of handicraft products production.
The purpose of the study is to develop an empirical model of forecasting and increasing the efficiency of using "digital information system in the development of handicrafts in the region".
The research was carried out using analysis and generalization tools to identify and classify problem area boundaries. In the formation of an empirical model of forecasting and its individuala systematic approach and digital information technologies were used to describe its elements.
In Uzbekistan, measures for the implementation of national goals and objectives in the field of sustainable development until 2030 have been developed, in which it is determined to ensure the inclusion of national goals and objectives in sectoral, regional and targeted development programs, strategies and concepts. given [2]. The spread of digital technologies in Uzbekistan today is stated in Appendix 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 4947 dated February 7, 2017, in the "Strategy of Actions on Five Priority Areas of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021" reducing the difference in the level of social and economic development of the regions at the expense of expanding the scale of modernization and diversification, first of all,
In the implementation of these tasks, in terms of further deepening of the reforms, "... not only the main sectors of the economy, but also, first of all, the comprehensive development of the regions, and important tasks in the future to ensure the vital interests of all citizens of our country and increase their incomes" [1 ,2].
