What do I have to do? Read the questions below. Take time to think. Then write your own answer to the questions in the View Evidence section. Be reflective, and be honest 😊

Think about the activities and ideas that you wrote about in your five reflective journals. Which worked well? Why? What did not work so well? What did you change as a result of this OTC programme? What are some of your main observations about your own learning and development in this programme? Where do you think you need to further develop? You should write a minimum of 350 words and a maximum of 500 words.

When do I complete this? You should complete this final journal at the end of your full Online Teacher Community programme and after you have completed your five reflective bi-weekly journals. This journal should reflect your overall experience in the Online Teacher Community professional development programme - the main objective for this final requirement is for teachers to take the time to reflect on their participation and, most importantly, how they will utilise and apply new ideas, knowledge, skills and shared challenges in the classroom.


Is this journal an obligatory part of the course? Yes, it is. You will not be able to successfully complete the programme unless you submit the final reflective journal.


Will I get feedback on this journal? Yes, your facilitator will read it and give you feedback.


Where do I write? You write here within this document, in the space above. Then, save the document on your computer, with your name.


Where do I send it? You should upload it to the OTC platform. You will receive instructions to help you do this. Do not email it.
