There are many delicious national meals in the Uzbekistan. For example: Plov, Manti, Shashlyk, Shurpa and many more meals. Plov is the best national food in Uzbekistan. Every tourist who visits to our country, the first the he is going to do is that eating plov. In our family my father-in-law usually cooks the plov in the family gathering. He has taught us how to cook plov delicious. We always try to cook more delicious and tastier plov than him but we can never do that. My father-in-law is the best plov chef.
