The effectiveness of physical exercises will increase only if the lessons are organized correctly, if the interesting and instructive aspects are increased, and if children are paid attention to rest on time. In this case, it is necessary to distinguish the main task of the training, taking into account the purpose of its content, it is necessary to have a comprehensive effect on certain parts of the child's body. In addition, it is important to connect different exercises with each other in order to increase the performance of training. In the planning of the lesson, the order and repetition of the movement, the correct distribution of the task and the most accurate and reasonable methods of organizing the children are envisaged. This should be achieved, first of all, by ensuring sufficient movement activity and training intensity. The conditions of the group and the availability of equipment necessary for the training are taken into account when planning the training. The content of outdoor activities is selected according to the seasons and the weather. The methods of planning and carrying out the training are different, from basic movement and game exercises, from one-size-fits-all training to a variety of activities, i.e. movement games, folk games, relays, outdoor o includes training sessions. It is important to coordinate morning physical education, physical exercise and games on walks with the educational material of the classes. Taking into account the movement activity of children at different times of the day, accordingly, various methods of exercises that develop movement qualities are recommended to improve movement skills and competences.
