161. Capgras syndrome
This is a disorder in which the patient is sure that someone from his environment, for example, a close relative, has been replaced by a double (a symptom of a negative double). Sometimes it may seem to such patients that clones or aliens have taken the place of their loved ones. This is often a symptom of schizophrenia and neurological diseases.
