The story of prophet Muhammad ( Peace be upon him)
( short stories)
In a world that was plunged in darkness… In a land surrounded by the extravagant Roman and promiscuous Persian empires. In an economically, politically, socially, militarily, ethically and spiritually downtrodden Arabia in an idol worshipping , superstitious ignorant , backward, barbaric and misogynistic City came a man a light who was set to change it all. A man who was sent as a mercy to mankind . A man who was to become the most influential human being to ever walk the face of this earth. Sir George Bernard Shaw named “ A savior of humanity”. Thomas Carlyle called him “ A silent great soul”. Dr. William Draper pronounced that “ He exercised the greatest influence upon the human race ”. Reverend Bosworth Smith observed that “ He was the head of state as well as the church. He was Caesar and Pope in one”. W. Montgomery said that “ None of the great figures of history is so poorly appreciated in the West as him. Alphonse de Lamartine asked “ Who could dare to compare any great man in modern history with him”.
HE WAS THE BEST OF ALL PROPHETS TO WHOM CAME THE BEST OF ALL ANGELS – JIBREEL, WITH THE BEST OF ALL BOOKS – QURAN IN THE BEST OF ALL LANGUAGES MUHAMMAD – ARABIC , WITH THE MASSAGE FOR THE WHOLE OF MANKIND OF ALL TIMES. HIS NAME WAS MUHAMMAD (PEACE BE UPON HIM).

ABRAHA AND HIS ELEPHAND ARMY
Abraha was the governor of Yemen under Najaashi. So Najaashi as the one that the prophet ( peace be upon him)’s companions emigrated to, but his father; that Najaashi had conquered some areas of Yemen; and he had sent his governor, and his governor’s name was Abraha. So Abraha was the governor of the Najaashi in Yemen and he saw his people every year go north. So he said:

  • Where are you going?

So they said :

  • We have to go to the Hajj (Piligrimage).

He said :

  • Why? What is there?

They said:

  • There is the house of Allah.

So he said:

  • I will build you a house that is far better than any of your houses and you will come for Hajj under here.

So he built a massive cathedral because they were Christians and it was out of glass. He built a cathedral in Yaman . The likes of which he thought would become the biggest temple of Christianity in the entire Arabian Peninsula. Then he said :

  • All of you have to come over here rather than going to up north to the Kaabah.

One of the Bedouins heard this, he went there but he went there to relieve himself. Abraha became so angry and he said:

  • As revenge I will destroy this house so people must come to my hose. This is why, he gathered together his army. As they were from Abyssinia , they had elephants. Otherwise, elephants did not live in the Arabian Peninsula as natural beasts over there. But he was from Africa, so he had a group of African elephants and, of course, the people of Africa had trained the elephants to be instruments of war. When he marched to the Kabaah and he went with his army of around, some say 8 and some say 20 elephants. There was a chief elephant. His name was Mahmood. It is also said that the Quraish left the city after making lots of dua. Abdul Muttalib is pleading in front of the Kabaah :

  • O Allah! We can not fight with this army. They are too strong for us. They have elephants. They have these thousand men. Please, you take care of it.

Then , they left to the mountains. This is when they faced Mahmood and people were telling him to go. He would not go, even if they whipped him , they beat him, elephant would not move. But whenever they turned him in any direction, he would move in that direction. This is when large birds came. They had stones and every stone hits an animal and a person and he literally dissolved. Abraha’s skin dissolved and he becomes a pile of broken and molten flesh in front of the eyes of the people of Quraish and it is said that Abraha himself suffered the worth fate and they carried back and his skin is dissolving the entire way. He dies right before reaching his home in Yaman, so that he suffers the most punishment and then he dies and he’s buried over there.
