INTRODUCTION
The president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev said that “it is time to introduce a new system of foreign language teaching in our country, which will be a solid foundation for the future. Since we have set ourselves the goal of building a competitive state, from now on, graduates of schools, high schools, colleges and universities must be fluent in at least 2 foreign languages. This strict requirement should become the main criterion of the activity of the head of each educational institution''
The national training program is based on this conceptual principle. In this program, priority is given to high general and professional culture, creative and social activity in the country, the strategy of educating a new generation that can solve problems independently.
The head of state stressed the need for the younger generation to acquire the knowledge accumulated by world civilization, but it is obvious that this is not possible without knowing foreign languages.
English is becoming more and more popular in Uzbekistan, as most of the world's scientific, technological and academic information is provided in English.
Our President pointed out that the young generation has to acquire the knowledge collected by the world civilization, but it is obvious that without the knowledge of foreign languages this will not be possible.
In the close to future, massive technological modifications will arise in Kazakhstan, in an effort to require integration of the modern technical achievements such as superior virtual technology, clever technology, IQ, IT, massive data, synthetic intelligence, diverse techniques of growing human cognitive skills, bodily
capabilities, an unmanned electric powered buses virtual twins in diverse spheres of existence and plenty more.
As a result, the Atlas of New Professions and Competencies of Kazakhstan, created through the Higher Technician's Certificate, has a listing of professions of the future, maximum of which can be primarily based totally at the large use of main data technology and robotization.
