  • The word Working Life means, the time that people work. More understandable, it is the period of time (life) which people spend at work.
  • This term may not always been told to everyone. Some people do not do any kind of work anytime, because they are called full unemployed people. For example in India, some people do not work, since the government gives them free help.

Working Life in Western World

  • In the western world (Europe, the USA, Mexico and etc.) people find a job, lose the job, drop the job. People do not care a lot about job, so they can easily drop the job if they do not have a satisfaction from it and find a new one. The age of retirement is from 55-70 years old (mostly 60-65 in Western Europe). They do not have job insurance in a high level. Unemployment level is pretty normal in some countries but not in a whole territory.

Working Life in Japan

  • Japan is one of the best countries to protect human and his job. In Japan most of the work contract dues till the death. So, they have life-long employment. In this type of system, loosing the job means you are in a bad situation. So, that is why most of the fired people commit a suicide.

Work Life in Socialistic Countries

  • In the Socialistic Countries people are work force. Everyone have to work. There is no a person without a job. Mostly, people work in governmental factories. The work insurance in the high level. Income distributed equally to everyone. But, you cannot start a big bussines, since your competitor is government and you have to set a that price that the government wants.

Working Life in Uzbekistan

  • Uzbekistan is one of the post Soviet countries that have mixed type of working life. For example, people have an opportunity to drop their jobs and search another to have better outcome and satisfaction. In Uzbekistan, we also have work unions that protect workers` rights. But the system is not so powerful, we have at least 20% of official unemployment. So, if workers say we do not want to work, enlarge our salary, the employer says, okay go, you will be replaced by other workers.
