Xalqaro daraja (CEFR) sistemasi uchta asosiy darajani o’z ichiga oladi A,B,C. Birinchi daraja- tilni qo’llay olish: A1, o’ziga tanish bo’lgan so’z birikmalari atrofida muloqat qila olish,asosan so’zlashuv va eshitish qobilyatining boshlang’ich darajasini bilish; A2-asosan ishda ,o’qishda ,bo’sh vaqtlarida va turli suhbatlarda oddiy tilda aytiladigan xabarlarning asosiy mazmunini tushunish. Ikkinchi daraja- tilni erkin kasbiy muloqatda ham qo’llay olish: B1,asosan ishda o’qishda va turli suhbatlarda adabiy tilda aytilgan har xil mavzudagi xabarlarning asosiy mazmunini tushunish.Tili o’rganilayotgan mamlakatda sayohatga borganda turizmga oid vaziyatlardagi mavzular asosida suhbatlasha olish; B2-mavhum va aniq mavzudagi matnlarning umumiy mazmunini tushuna olish, o’z mutaxassisligi sohasiga oid ilmiy munozaralarni tushuna olish. Uchinchi daraja- tilni ona tili darajasida bilish va qo’llay olish: C1,turli mavzulardagi yirik,murakkab matnlarni tushuna olish va ulardagi masalalarning tub mohiyatini ocha olish, so’z va iborani tanlashda qiynalmasdan tez va ravon gapira olish; C2- har qanday o’qigan yoki eshitgan xabarlarini hech qanday qiyinchiliklarsiz tushuna olish, o’z fikrini ravon aniq ifodalay olish. Ta'lim tizimida barcha bosqichlarda chet tillarni uzluksiz o’rganish tashkil qilinadi, shuningdek o’qituvchilar malakasini oshirishda, hamda o’quv-uslubiy materiallardan foydalangan holda (teleko’rsatuv, radio eshittirish, e'lonlar, yangiliklar va hakazo) tinglab tushunish, xorijiy tilda turli janrdagi audio va video matnlarni eshitib, asosiy ma'nosini tushuna olish; Dastur “Chet tili” fani ingliz, nemis, fransuz tilini amaliy jihatdan talabalarga o’rgatishni o’z oldiga maqsad qilib qo’yadi. Dasturda bu fanning asosiy tushuncha va atamalari o’rganilishi ko’zda tutilgan. Mashg’ulotlar zamon talabiga javob beradigan pedagogika texnologiyalrini keng qo’llagan darajada olib borilishini taqoza etib, ingliznemis, fransuz tilini bugungi kun talabiga javob beradigan darajada mukammal o’rganishga qaratilgan. “Chet tili (ingliz, nemis, fransuz)” fani “Ingliz, nemis, fransuztili nazariy grammatikasi”, “Ingliz, nemis, fransuz tili amaliy grammatikasi”, “Ingliz, nemis, fransuz va o’zbek tillari qiyosiy tipologiyasi”, “Ingliz, nemis, fransuz tili tarixi”, “Ingliz, nemis, fransuztili amaliy fonetikasi” va “Ingliz, nemis, fransuz adabiyoti tarixi” fanlari bilan o’z mohiyatidan kelib chiqqan holda uzviy bog’langandir. Pedagogika universitetida ingliz, nemis, fransuz tili fanining maqsadi talabalarda lingvistik, kommunikativ va lingvomamlakatshunoslik ko’nikma va malakalarini hamda madaniyatlararo muloqat qobiliyatini shakllantirish talim jaroyonining asosiy mazmuniga aylanib, amaliy, ta’limiy, tarbiyaviy va rivojlantiruvchi maqsadlariga erishishda muhim o’rin tutadi. Lingvomamalakatshunoslik kompetentsiyasi deganda tili o’rganilayotgan mamlakatning ayni paitdagi siyosiy, ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va madaniy taraqqiyotini aks ettiruvchi nutqiy muomala madaniyati nazarda tutiladi. Ta’lim maqsadini anglab yetish o’qitishning umumiy yo’nalishi (strategiyasi) ni anglab olishga yordam beradi. Joriy dasturga ko’ra nutq faoliyati turlaridan faqat og’zaki va yozma nutq ko’nikmalarini talabalarda shakllantirish, fikrlash, izohlash, tahlil qila bilish qobiliyatlarini ta’lim jarayonida vujudga keltirish ta’limning asosiy vazifalariga ailangan. Bu maqsad o’rganilayotan tilni adaptiv darajada konkret pedagogik muomala malakalarini egallashni (o’quvchilarning intelektuall faoliyatini boshqarish, nutq faoliyatini muayyan maqsadga yo’naltirish, nutq faoliyatini tashkil etish, uni nazorat qilish (va h.) ni qamrab oladi. Mazkur dastur mazmuni asosan chet tilga o’rgatishda og’zaki va yozma nutq amaliyotini o’z qamroviga olib, hajmi, maqsadi, ish uslubi va nazariy kurslar bilan aloqadorligiga ko’ra to’rt bosqichga bo’lib o’rganishni ko’zda tutadi. 2. Amaliy mashg’ulotlarning olib borilishi Ingliz tili chet tili sifatida asosan I–II-III–IV-V-VI-VII semestrlarda o’rgatiladi va davlat attestatsiyasi bilan yakunlanadi. Bu bosqichda leksika, grammatika, talaffuz, gapirish, o’qish, imlo, punktuatsiyon jihatdan savodli yozuv shakllarda struktural nuqtai nazardan to’gri shakllantirish bo’yicha asosiy avtomatik tizim ko’nikmalarini ishlab chiqiladi. Ammo ta’limning bu bosqichida muomala vaziyatidan kelib chiqib, muloqat maqsadi, suhbatdoshlar holati inobatga olingan holda o’zlashtirilgan materialni turli holatlarda qo’llash malakasi muhimdir. V-VI semestrlarda o’qish jaroyiniga nisbatan murakkabroq til materiallari asosida olib boriladi. VII semestr esa asosan kasbga yo’naltirilgan mavzularni qamrab oladi. Chet tiliga o’rgatish jarayonini tashkil etish muomala vositasi sifatida tilning barcha aspektlarini kompleks (yalpi) muvofiqlashtirish tamoyillaridan kelib chiqqan holda olib boriladi. Talabalar bu bosqichda ingliz tilining turli xususiyatlarini chuqurroq, detallashtirilgan tarzda o’rganishga kirishadilar. Ular bu davrga kelib lingvistik turkum fanlarini o’rgana boshlab, o’qituvchilik faoliyatining nazariy va amaliy tomonlari bilan yaqindan tanishadilar. Bu bosqichda ayni zamonda nutq malakalarini takomillashtirish-tinglab tushunish, o’qish, gapirish va tarjima qilish yozma nutq orqali ro’yobga chiqariladi. V-VI -VII semestrlarda boshlanadigan bosqichning asosiy vazifasi og’zaki va yozma nutq malaka va ko’nikmalarini, til vositalarini yanada to’laroq ijodiy qo’llash orqali takomillashtirishdan iboratdir. Talabalarga “ingliz tili” fani bo’yicha qo’yiladigan talablar shulardan iborat: talabalar ingliz tilidan olgan amaliy va nazariy bilimlarini amalda qo’llay olishlari va muntazam ravishda berilgan topshiriqlarni bajarib borishlari lozim. Notanish adabiyotdan lu’gat yordamida kerakli ma’luvotlarni ola bilishlari lozim. Mashg’ulotlarda qo’llaniladigan asosiy termin va iboralarni to’g’ri talqin qila bilishlari, shu bilan birga olgan bilimlariga asoslangan holda muloqat ko’nikmalarini takommilashtirib borishlari kerak. Tilshunoslik sohasidagi yangiliklardan xabardor bo’lmog’i lozim. Uzliksiz ravishda internet tarmog’ida berilib borilayotgan ma’lumotlar bilan tanishib borishlari lozim. “Chet (ingliz, nemis, fransuz) tili” fani 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 semestrlarda o’qitiladi. Amaliy mashg’ulotlar hajmi 268 soat, 92 soat mustaqil ishdan iborat. VII semester esa 38 soat amaliy va 38 soat mustaqil ta’limdan iborat. Mashg’ulotlarda ingliz tili oldida turgan jiddiy muammolar, ularning yechimini topish yo’llari to’g’risida batafsil ma’lumotlar beriladi. Davlat ta‘limi to‘g‘risidagi qonun talabiga mos ravishda uzviylik to‘liq ta‘minlaniladi. Mazkur fanning boshqa fanlar bilan bog‘liqligi shu tarzda ta‘minlaniladi. O’quv rejasida mazkur fandan kurs ishi yozish rejalashtirilmagan. III. Mustaqil ta’lim

Gapirish bo’yicha mustaqil ish sifatida mavzu asosida ma'lumot tayyorlash, matn mazmunini gapirib berish, o’rganilgan leksik materiallar asosida hikoyalar tuzish, berilgan muammoli masala va vaziyatlarni muhokama qilish kabi topshiriqlar berish mumkin. Gapirish ko’nikmalarini rivojlantirib borish uchun multimedia dasturlarini va on-layn texnologiyalarini qo’llashga asosiy e'tibor qaratiladi; O’qish: talaba o’rganayotgan sohasiga oid adabiyotlar bilan tanishib chiqishi va o’zi uchun qiziqarli va kerakli bo’lgan axborotni tushunishi, publisistik, ilmiy-ommabop ijtimoiy-siyosiy adabiyotlarni o’qishi va kerakli axborotni olishi lozim. Mashg’ulotlarda yuqorida aytilgan malaka va ko’nikmalarni shakllantirish va o’stirish juda murakkab bo’lganligi uchun ularni mustaqil ish jarayonida sinchiklab, ko’z yugurtirib, qarab chiqib o’qish turlari orqali tashkil qilinadi. Ushbu o’qish turlarini nazorat qilish-matnni butunlay tarjima qilish yoki uning tanlab olingan qismlarini tarjima qilish bilan amalga oshiriladi. Tanishib chiqib o’qish mustaqilish turi sifatida uyda o’qish shaklida olib boriladi. O’qishning buturi uchun autentik yoki adaptatsiya qilingan adabiy, ilmiy-ommabop adabiyot tanla bolinadi. Tekshirish shakllari: o’qiganini mazmunini tushunganligi bo’yicha savol-javob ishlari, ajratib olingan masalalar bo’yicha axborot olish, baxs-munozaralar o’tkazish, axborotga reja tuzishvah.k. Qarab chiqib, qidirib toppish uchun o’qish. O’qishning buturida ommaviy-siyosiy, publisistik matnlar, gazeta va jurnalma teriallari beriladi va har bir darsda qisqacha axborot olinadi. Talaba bitta gazetama qolalari asosida axborot beradi yoki mavzu bo’yicha bir qancha gazeta va jurnallardan axborot tayyorlaydi. Yozuv. Yozuv bo’yicha mustaqil ish o’zichiga o’rganilayotgantida fikrni bayon qila olishi shlarini oladi.
