6. Defining and Describing Things: Things and Their Importance. Can You Live Without Things? Being Addicted to Things.
Things and Their Importance. In today’s digital world, many of us are thrown by social status, materialistic items and luxuries – and how can you blame us? We are constantly being shown that the image of perfection includes these things, with edited Instagram images and reality TV shows highlighting the elite. In reality, however, status, designer products and expensive items are worth nothing; they won’t make your happy nor healthy. So, regardless of where you are in the world, the most important things on your list should include the following.Being healthy is the single, most important part of our existence – without good health, our lives can be cut short.
While you may sometimes argue and get annoyed with your family, they are your unit and the ones that you can turn to in times of happiness and sorrow. No matter what you go through with your family, they will always be there to guide and support you and to help you learn and grow as a person.
Just like family, friends are a vital part of our existence and happiness. They are people that can share the best parts of your life with you and will be there as a confidant when you need to talk about personal issues.
You Live Without Things? Being Addicted to Things. People can get addicted to all sorts of substances. When we think of addiction, we usually think of alcohol or illegal drugs. But people become addicted to medicines, cigarettes, even glue.
Some substances are more addictive than others: Drugs like crack or heroin are so addictive that they might only be used once or twice before the user loses control.
Addiction means a person has no control over whether he or she uses a drug or drinks. Someone who's addicted to cocaine has grown so used to the drug that he or she has to have it. Addiction can be physical, psychological, or both.
7. Internet Knowledge: Etiquette and Netiquette. Using Social Networks.
Internet Knowledge. In this day and age, everything is digitalized. Technology has made our lives so much simpler and faster. And of the biggest contributing factor of this has been the development of the internet. Even from an IBPS, bank exam point of view, studying the Basic Internet Knowledge and Protocols is important. We always associate the internet with the web. But essentially the internet is just a massive networking infrastructure that connects millions of users and devices from across the world. he basic function of the internet is to move computerized data from one place to another.

This happens as the internet is decentralized, i.e. not under any control. Every computer or device is an independent host and the information just moves from one host to another via the internet.

Etiquette and Netiquette. Netiquette is a related term of etiquette.
As nouns the difference between netiquette and etiquette is that netiquette is (internet) conduct while online that is appropriate and courteous to other internet users while etiquette is the forms required by good breeding, or prescribed by authority, to be observed in social or official life; observance of the proprieties of rank and occasion; conventional decorum; ceremonial code of polite society.
Using Social Networks. Social networking involves the development and maintenance of personal and business relationships using technology. This is done through the use of social networking sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. These sites allow people and corporations to connect with one another so they can develop relationships and so they can share information, ideas, and messages.
