Conclusion
An explanation of how participants can use strategies to enhance the learning process is presented, with a review of the existing research base on how second language listening is taught. The major part of the paper presents and discusses pedagogical recommendations.
Now that we have had a chance to experience a Distance learning class and to examine its principles and techniques, you should try to think about how any of this will be of use you in your own teaching. The teacher we observed was using Total Physical Response with Grade 5 children; however, this same method has been used with adult learners and younger children as well.
