MATERIALS AND METHODS
Materials
In the synthesis of hydrogels sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (NaKMS, (MM 700 kDa, pH=7.3, CAS No: 9004-32-4), corn starch, akril kislota (AA), montmorillonite, N,N'-methylenbisacrilamide (MBA, BDH Chemical Ltd, Angliya), ethylenediamine, initiator - potassium persulfate (KPS), of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) was used. All reagents were of analytical grade and solutions were prepared in distilled water.
Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Analysis
The IR-spectrum of the samples was obtained on a Shimadzu Fure infrared spectrometer manufactured in Japan (range 400-4000 cm-1, dimensions 4 cm-1).
SEM Analysis
The morphological characteristics of the sample were studied using a scanning electron microscope (SEM-EDS-JSM-5500LV, JEOL, Ltd. SHIMADZU, Japan.).
Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Analysis
To check the thermal stability of the sample, it was analyzed by differential-thermal and thermogravimetric methods (DTG-60, SIMULTANEOUS DTA-TG APPARATUS SHIMADZU, Japan). The test was carried out in the temperature range of 25-600 oC at a heating rate of 10 oC min−1.

7.2 g of potato starch were gelatinized in 100 ml of water at 80°C for 30 min. Then, 7.2 g of a NaKMS solution dissolved in 150 ml of distilled water was mixed into the resulting starch gelatin at room temperature for 2 hours. During mixing, solutions of polysaccharides, starch and NaKMS are evenly distributed throughout the volume and stick to each other. For the formation of radicals on the surface of the polymers, 1% KPS was used, and 2% ethylenediamine was used as a binder for their crosslinking (relative to the mass of starch and NaCMS). After that, the reaction was carried out at 70°C for 4 hours to obtain a Starch-NaKMS hybrid.
2.3. O'zaro bog'langan starch-sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Starch-NaKMS) gibridi asosida yuqori bo’kuvchan gidrogel olish.
O'zaro bog'langan kraxmal-natriykarboksimetilselluloza (Starch-NaKMS) gibridi mexanik aralashtirgich, azot gazi va qaytargich kondensatori bilan jihozlangan 250 ml hajmli uch bo'yinli kolbaga solindi. Eritmada mavjud bo’lgan kislorod azot gazi atmosferasida 20 minut davomida eritmadan chiqarib yuborildi. So'ng, kolbaga neytrallangan akril kislotadan 14,4 ml, hamda bog'lovchi reagent N,N'-metilenbissakrilamiddan 0,6% (akril kislota massasiga nisbatan) va 6% montmorillonit va 2,5% natriygidrokarbonat (o'zaro bog'langan Starch-NaKMS va akril kislota massasiga nisbatan) qo'shildi. Keyinchalik, (Starch-NaKMS) gibridining va vinil monomerining yuzasida radikallar hosil qilish uchun 1,5% KPS (o'zaro bog'langan kraxmal-natriykarboksimetilselluloza gibridi va akril kislota massasiga nisbatan) qo’shildi. So’ngra polimerizatsiya reaksiyasi 60 °C haroratda 6-soat davomida olib borildi. Raksiya tugagandan so’ng reaksiyaga kirishmay qolgan qoldiqlarni olib tashlash uchun mahsulot 50% li etil spirti bilan yuvildi, keyin quritish pechida 70°C da quritildi.
