Our president Sh.M. Mirziyoyev connects the reform of the preschool education system with the concept of "human capital" in the book "New Uzbekistan Strategy". So, the advanced experiences of foreign countries have been of great service to the development of their countries. From this point of view, our country also pays great attention to the education of the mature generation. In this regard, if necessary, further improvement of the national education and training system through effective use of the best practices of foreign countries is the demand of the time. After all, our country has planned to establish a noble goal - the third Renaissance period. Such noble goals will certainly be realized by the generation coming of age today. Pre-school education and training should serve to ensure that this generation is literate and educated from the first level of education.
