Which law applies?
German law shall apply in the case of consumers ordinarily domiciled or
resident in a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European
Economic Area (EEA) at the time of conclusion of the contract; the UN
Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
In all other cases, this contract shall be governed by German law; the UN
Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and German
consumer protection law are excluded.
To the extent permissible, Düsseldorf is agreed as the court of jurisdiction for
disputes arising from this contract. This shall also expressly apply in the event
that you are resident outside Germany or have used our website in a language
other than German.
Insofar as difficulties of interpretation may arise due to language
differences/translations in the case of multi-lingual versions of the present
General Terms and Conditions, the German text shall have precedence.
