How do I pay for my order?
When entering an order on our website, the possible payment methods for the
respective order are stated. You can choose the payment method that appears
to be the most convenient for you.
In the case of bank transfers, the customer always bears the cost of the
transfer. You must ensure that bank transfers are made with the instruction
"OUR" (sender pays costs).
The goods supplied remain our property until payment has been received in
full.
Wie setzt sich der Gesamtpreis zusammen?
In Deutschland unterliegen Bücher der sogenannten Preisbindung. Das
bedeutet, dass – abgesehen vom Antiquariat – einzelne Werke immer den vom
Verlag festgelegten Preis haben, egal ob Sie im Buchhandel kaufen oder über
eine Plattform im Internet. Maßgeblich sind die jeweils bei der Beschreibung
der Bücher angegebenen Preise. Sie verstehen sich einschließlich der
gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer (soweit diese für Ihre Bestellung anzusetzen ist) in
der jeweils geltenden Höhe. Der Standardversand der Lieferung innerhalb
Deutschlands ist für Endkunden kostenfrei. Kostenpflichtig ist auch innerhalb
Deutschlands der Versand mit der Versandart „Premium“. Die Kosten für die
Versandarten werden Ihnen während des Bestellvorganges angezeigt.
How is the total price calculated?
In Germany books are subject to so-called resale price maintenance. This mean
that – with the exception of second-hand books – the price for individual
works is always set by the publisher, regardless of whether they are
purchased in a bookshop or using an internet platform. The prices given in the
book description are binding. They are inclusive of statutory value-added tax
(to the extent that this is applicable to your order) at the applicable rate.
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge for end customers.
Premium shipping is chargeable, including within Germany. The costs for the
shipping methods are displayed to you during the order process.
