  1. 5A140 modelli tish kertish stanogi kinematik sxemasida (6-rasm) bosh, surish va obkat harakatlarini sozlash va o‘zgartirish uchun foydalaniladigan mexanizmlarni toping, ularning kinematik sxemalarini ifodalang, qurilmani va uni ishlash prinsipini ifodalang.

  2. 5A140 modelli tish kertish stanogini (6-rasm):

a) obkat (bo‘lish);
b) aylana surish;
c) bosh harakat
-larni kinematik balans tenglamasini yozing va kinematik zanjirlarini hisoblash formulalarini chiqaring.

  2. 262Г modelli gorizontal teshik yo‘nish stanogini kinematik zanjirlarini (8-rasm):

a) teshik yo‘nish shpindelini maksimal surishini;
b) teshik yo‘nish shpindeli babkasini minimal vertikal surishini;
c) radial supportni maksimal surishini;
d) bo‘ylama va ko‘ndalang surish tezligini ta'minlaydigan kinematik balans tenglamasini yozing.
e) kesiladigan rezbani minimal qadamini ta'minlaydigan kinematik balans tenglamasini yozing.
3. Bosh harakat yuritmasining kinematik strukturasini tahlil qiling. Bunda:







- yuritmaning kinematik strukturasini tashkil etuvchi uzatmalar guruhini aniqlang;

  • guruhlardagi uzatmalarning uzatish nisbatini va ularning har bir guruhlardagi munosabatini aniqlang;

  • chastotalarning geometrik qatori maxrajini aniqlang;

  • yuritmaning konstruktiv tartibini va guruh xarakteristikasini ko‘rsatish bilan struktura formulasini yozing;

amaliy ish nazariy materiallaridan

  • foydalanib chastotalar grafigini quring.
