 language skills imply the free expression of the child's own thoughts, desires and intentions 
through speech and non-speech
 social skills include approaching each person as a high value, the ability to understand their 
own characteristics and interests, to notice changes in his emotional state, to choose ways of 
communication depending on the situation; 
 intellectual competence implies the formation of a general intellectual activity that helps the 
child to perform and perform new behaviors in order to achieve their goals; 
 physical ability indicates that the child has mastered different types of movement appropriate 
to his or her age level
 Voluntariness. manifests itself in the child's ability to manage their own behavior in 
accordance with rules and norms; 
 Independence. ensures that the child sets and solves various tasks arising in daily life and 
work independently without the help of adults; 
 Responsibility. appears in a state of choice between “possible” and “impossible”, “good” and 
“bad”, “want” and “need”; 
 Initiative. is expressed in the child's ability to organize games, effective activities that meet 
their wishes and the ability to involve their peers in them; 
 Creativity. demonstrates the child's ability to creatively solve various problems that arise in 
the process of work and are reflected in the creation of a new product, which is characterized 
by its originality and diversity
 Freedom of movement. the direction of action and activity that requires the child to comply 
with socially accepted rules and prohibitions, among which the following four are the most 
important: not to harm others, yourself, nature, things made by other people; 
 Security. the child is characterized by the ability to feel and see the consequences of their 
actions, which is associated with the formation of a sense of norm, caution; 
Self-awareness and self-assessment. it is manifested in the formation of the child's own image, in 
the understanding of his place in relations with adults and peers, in the evaluation of his own 
possibilities, in the understanding that he still needs to read a lot. This system of basic 
characteristics of the person is presented in the concept of the basic developmental program of 
the child of preschool age. External environmental factors affecting the quality of preschool 
education, in addition to socially ordered purposes, state norms (requirements) for preschool 
education, as well as external resources required for the education of children in preschool 
education (personnel, information, material, etc.). 
A special role in shaping the quality of preschool education belongs to internal factors that can 
be changed by the pedagogical community. 
There are an infinite number of factors, so it is impossible to take them all into account in 
practice. Based on this situation, it is necessary to highlight the most important of them. In our 
opinion, the following factors are: 
 professionalism of teachers and leaders; 
 educational content and methods of its acquisition;
