Further improvement of the regulatory framework in the field of preschool education, established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 8, 2019 No. PP-4312 ”On approval of the Concept of development of the preschool education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030"; creation of conditions for comprehensive intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of preschoolers; ensuring the qualitative and qualitative development of children, increasing the coverage of preschool education, ensuring equal access to it, developing public-private partnerships in this area; In order to facilitate the implementation of priority tasks, such as the introduction of innovations, advanced pedagogical and information and communication technologies into the preschool education system, the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute, the Faculty of Preschool Education, the Department of Preschool Education held a scientific conference on the topic “Improving the quality of preschool education in the era of global transformations: innovations and prospects” on May 5, 2023. the relevance of the research of the problem, in order to discuss the achievements in practice and the mechanisms for fulfilling the tasks set, an international scientific and practical online conference is being held.

The conference provides for the discussion of theoretical and practical problems in the following main areas:
* Direction 1: The use of pedagogical and information technologies in improving the professional competence of the educator;
* Direction 2: theory and practice of the formation of national education at the stage of preschool education;
* Direction 3: improving the quality of preschool education: innovations and prospects.
* Direction 4: Ensuring continuity and continuity at the stages of training.
