In the neurilemma, at different stages of fetal development, myelin appears, which improves the conductivity of nerve fibers, which is associated with the improvement of both the brain and executive organs. Such nerve fibers are called myelin - pulpy, in contrast to amyelin - non-myelinated, which have a slower conduction of impulses.
Somewhat later, microglia from cells of mesenchymal origin appear in the central nervous system. Microglia enter the brain along with blood vessels.
