Creating an Environment of Respect and Rapport (teacher- student, student-student interactions)

At the beginning of th lesson the teacher greeted politely with students and asked about 'their mood also use a joke in order to up lift their mood.After building great relationship with students And then she utilezed a warm up activity in order to atract student's attention to lesson ,while activity she could control everything for that reason lesson began with an amazing classroom environment




Establishing a Culture for Learning (high expectations for learning and achievement, student pride in work)

Teacher encouraged students to be active in the lesson and controled that situation




Managing Classroom Procedures (grouping, transitions, materials/supplies)

Teachers and students could build a routune based on task and rules .Regarding to materials of lesson ,They are different and attractive such as labels , handouts ,colourful cards.

It will be more useful to have a book based on lesson and additional work.

Managing Student Behavior (setting expectations, monitoring behavior, response to misbehavior)

All students behaviour were good and they did not show any misbehaviour to not only teacher but also each other .Because of high behaviour lesson was orderly.




Organizing Physical Space (safety, accessibility, arrangement of furniture and resources)

Classroom structure was very good with modern gadgets and everything could suitable for group work, individual work and other performance.For that reason students could do tasks without any technical problems.

Communication

Teacher could build a good communication with students and he coul not ignore every students prospective

Using Questioning and Discussion Techniques (quality of questions, discussion techniques, participation)

Teacher could not do mistake in terms of creating questions Because every question chosen carefully and teacher gave pay attention while giving questions to students because of their different level .And she gave different directions step by step and monitored every students answer.And then gave feedbacks according to situations.




Engaging Students in Learning (activities/assignments, materials/resources, structure,

pacing, grouping)



Different activities and questions are used while lesson .And every material are suitable for students level and .They are modern and attractive For that reason Students show big attention for lesson procedure.

Be careful while using materials .They should be suitable for lesson and level.

Using Assessment in Instruction (monitoring learning, feedback to students, assessment criteria)

Students do every task step by step and also with teacher's order .And teacher assessed every students according to thier answer and after this gave feedback to improve learners knowledge.Everything in order because of teacher's control.




Demonstrating Flexibility and Responsiveness (lesson adjustment, response to students, persistence)

Teacher could show important flexibilities for every situation .She could pay attention to every student.

She demonstrated knowledge of subject matter and interesting manner using a variety of techniques, the objectives of instruction.Teacher is clear in giving directions and on explaining what is expected on assignments and tests.Techer encourages students to speak up and be active in the lesson.

Additional Comments:To conclude ,lesson is well organized by skillful teacher,especially classroom environment is very good.Because of respectful relationship with students teacher could achieve succes in terms of creating lesson process
