Annotation
The main problem of big cities is traffic jams, the transport infrastructure does not respond to it, people spend many hours in traffic jams, spending costs and
the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere increases.
Due to the sharp increase in the number of citizens in the city of Tashkent, public transportthe need for use is increasing. In order to improve and increase the efficiency of public transport, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set a task and a number of tasks. Today, it is determined to increase confidence in public transport. Scientific research is being conducted on the use of transport and the method of studying transport and population mobility in the Tashkent agglomeration.
To solve this problem, we can offer a smart traffic light developed with the help of a neural network, which is actively implemented in megacities and significantly changes traffic, reduces accidents. Modern algorithms can easily find stolen cars, anticipate traffic jams and helps prevent.
Our project envisages intersections in the field of urban planning as objects, and traffic lights as subjects. The following resources, which are widely used in the artificial intelligence system, were used in the development of this project:
• We used TensorFlow, which is considered a machine learning system.
• OpenCV package, a popular open source computer vision library that can be used in AI applications.
• Libraries like Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis to build an AI system.
The goal of our project is to prevent traffic jams at intersections.
The purpose of smart traffic lights is to prevent traffic jams at intersections and prevent traffic accidents.

Ushbu loyihaning mavzusi “Aqlli svetoforlar yordamida yo’l haratatini tartibga solish” hisoblanadi.


Mavzuning dolzarbligi quyidagi bir qator omillar bilan belgilanadi:

Aqlli svetoforlar shaharlarda samarali va xavfsiz transport oqimini ta'minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Datchiklar va ilg'or algoritmlardan foydalangan holda, ular tirbandlikni kuzatishi va signallar vaqtini mos ravishda sozlashi mumkin, haydovchilar, piyodalar va velosipedchilar uchun tirbandlik va kutish vaqtlarini kamaytiradi. Bundan tashqari, aqlli svetoforlar qizil chiroqda transport vositalarining bo'sh harakatlanishini minimallashtirish orqali yoqilg'i sarfini va havo ifloslanishini kamaytirishi mumkin. Umuman olganda, aqlli svetoforlarni joriy qilish transport samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshirishi hamda barqaror va yashashga yaroqli shaharga hissa qo‘shishi mumkin. Aqlli svetoforlarga boʻlgan ehtiyoj atrof-muhitga zarar yetkazishi, vaqt va yoqilgʻini behuda sarflashi hamda aholining hayot sifatini pasaytirishi mumkin boʻlgan shaharlardagi tirbandliklarning kuchayishi natijasida yuzaga keladi. Aqlli svetoforlar tirbandlikni kamaytirishga, xavfsizlikni yaxshilashga va yanada samarali transport tizimini ta'minlashga yordam beradi. Ular, shuningdek, shaharlarga transport oqimini optimallashtirish, energiya sarfini va issiqxona gazlari chiqindilarini kamaytirish va barqaror rivojlanishni qo'llab-quvvatlash imkonini beradi. Aqlli svetoforlar, shuningdek, aqlli shahar tashabbuslarini amalga oshirishda yordam berishi va shaharlarni avtonom avtomobillar kabi kelajakdagi ishlanmalarga tayyorlashi mumkin.
