[F-Br] Wow. You guys are old hands all right.
 
[M1-Au] Well, the pay’s good! 
 
[M2-Am] And I like the flexible hours.
5. [M-Am] I just went online to reorder the office supplies, and it
looks like they’ve increased the cost again.
 
[F-Am] Are you sure?
 
[M-Am] Yes. The green files we get are now 30 percent more
expensive than they were just two months ago. And the
stationery has nearly doubled.
 
[F-Am] I don’t believe it. Well, I think we should start looking
elsewhere.
 
[M-Cn] I’m already on it.
6. [F-Am] So this year’s good cause is Barney’s Night Shelter. 
 
[M-Br] Oh, I see. 
 
[F-Am] It’s a refuge for homeless, over on Barnaby Street. 
 
[M-Br] Yeah. I think I know it. It opened last year, right?
 
[F-Am] Yes. They’ve been asking us to donate ever since. I think
they do good work there.
 
[M-Br] Hmm. But what about Pets At Home? I thought we were
supporting them.
 
[F-Am] Maybe next year.

[F-Br] I’m afraid not. Scores are pretty low across the board,
especially customer service. 
[M-Am] Yeah. People seem more or less OK with the signal strength
and the network speed, but the wait time for the call centers is
the biggest issue. It’s taking up to 30 minutes to get through. 
[F-Br] Yeah, and lots of complaints about increase in charges for
international calls. We need to pass these on to head office.
