An indication of the hotel's dependability

Although credibility and dependability appear to be relatively similar, a hotel's reliability is different. For instance, how do you handle changes in plans, payments, last-minute reservations, and unannounced visitors at the door? Do you even have a hotel? Since it's simple to trick someone in the digital world, it's not unexpected that many visitors are wary of it. Reviews from prior visitors provide an accurate sense of a hotel's dependability and highlight its worst-case scenarios.

It became much simpler to research products you were buying when evaluations first appeared online. We don't want to make any internet purchases at this time without first reading some reviews. In fact, before making a purchase, consumers read an average of ten evaluations of the same item. This facilitates the decision-making process for arranging a hotel stay for the night: when there are several negative reviews, we frequently go elsewhere, whilst positive ratings put the hotel on a short-list. The hotel is then finally reserved after determining which of the short-listed accommodations best meets the needs of the visitors.
During the research many of the visitors stated that they pay an exact attention to the hotel’s reviews before booking. Hannah (aged 27) stated that: “Before booking the hotel, first thing I would do is to read all e-reviews. By doing this I can be sure what should I expect from that hotel. There would be so many reviews about their Service overall, Staffs and Dishes, condition of the rooms as well”. Jessica (aged 44) stated: “Hotels are most important item of travelling and it depends on them somehow, how you enjoy your travelling. I mostly book hotels online and there are so many scammers that uploads beautiful things even that they never saw those things on dreams. To keep my self and other visitors from these scammers I always recommend to read reviews that left from the travelers who had already visited this hotel”. Shukru ( aged 53) agreed with that: “The reviews has great impact on visitors that they pay attention on reviews before booking the hotels. For me , I mostly prefer to read reviews about their cafeteria and location because I would like to have my own country dishes whether they have Turkish foods or any Turkish restaurant located close to hotel”.
