3.6 Types of questions to be used in the study
Questions include the quality of services, the hospitality of hotel staff, and the types and quality of food&beverages in hotel restaurants. 
The interview plays an important role for identifying the solution to a research challenge. As interview questions, the following semi-structured open-ended questions are used:

   What are your expectations for travel now post-COVID?
   
2. 
   What parameters do you look at when choosing a hotel (location, stardom, style of architecture, guest reviews, budget, etc.)
   
3. 
   Did your expectations from the hotel match the reality? Yes/no where?
   
4. 
   Which sector of the hotel industry in Samarkand should be improved (Front desk, Housekeeping, Food and Beverages)?
   
5. 
   What does excellent guest service mean to you?
   
6. 
   We know we have so many famous cuisines but do you think we should add to our hotels' menu other countries cuisines to?
   
7. 
   What kinds of tourism products or services would you like to see in future tour programs?
   
8. 
   What services or products would make you stay longer in Uzbekistan?
   

Conclusion
Chapter 3 described the methods for gathering data for this study in order to answer the research questions and indicate the necessity for hotels to improve their offers by providing higher-quality services. Interview questions were developed to elicit international tourists' thoughts and comments on what kinds of services and goods should be provided.

Chapter Four: Results and Discussion
Introduction
This chapter include the results of individual interviews conducted with international tourists in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. During the interviews, respondents' common or comparable topics were classified using different computer files. Patterns, relationships, and trends were identified during data analysis, as well as main and minor themes based on the analysis.
