TENSES OF ENGLISH AND UZBEKI AND THE SOLUTION OF STUDENTS' 
DIFFICULTIES IN LEARNING THESE LANGUAGES

Abstract: In this article, you can witness the views of our compatriot on the language, 
its teaching as a second language all over the world, and the unlimited opportunities given 
to young adults, the complex grammar of the English language, and the similarity of the 
Uzbek language to this language.

The time has come to start a new system for learning foreign languages, which will 
lay a solid foundation for the future.

Many decisions and decrees are being issued by the head of our country in order to 
produce stronger and improved programs for learning foreign languages and to interest the 
young generation in this relevant topic. There are many facilities for the founders of the 
young future to learn the knowledge of the modern world. These are various international 
English language exams, such as IELST, CEFR, LINGUOSKILL, TOEFL, etc. is a test that 
evaluates your English language level and increases the student's interest in English. Our 
president Shavkat Mirziyoyev puts forward the opinion. Therefore, as a result of the growing 
interest and demand for English in Uzbekistan, we can say that the study of this language, 
like the Uzbek language, has reached a high level. In general, all languages have the 
concept and category of time. Mainly in English, tense expression is promoted through the 
term "Tense". There are 4 tenses in English, and each of them has 4 forms. Taking this into 
account, it is called 16 tenses. But in the Uzbek language, the time of completion of the 
action and state is expressed on a large scale in 3 tenses. You can see in the following 
cases that these types of tenses in the Uzbek language generally include 16 tenses of the 
English language.
