Abstract: This article mentions new types of cybercrime among the global problems 
of our century, the distribution of its known virus programs, hacking of passwords, 
embezzlement of funds from credit cards and other bank details, robbery, as well as , is 
dedicated to combating illegal information, in particular, false, morally corrupt information 
distribution on the Internet, in a word, crimes that pose great risks to the life of humanity.

Today, new threats related to cyber space have started to appear in the global 
information space. The issue of protection against attacks in the virtual world is of serious 
concern to the world community. According to world analysis, more than 500 million cyber 
attacks are perpetrated around the world every year. Every second, one out of 12 people 
becomes a victim of cyber attacks. 60-65 percent of crimes in developed countries such as 
the United States of America, France, England, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg are 
committed as a result of cyber attacks. Unfortunately, in our country, in the last 3 years, this 
type of crime has increased by 8.3 times, reaching almost 5% of all crimes. Embezzlement 
of our compatriots' funds on plastic cards through illegal banking and financial operations, 
spreading harmful viruses, online games based on risk, including gambling, information 
attacks aimed at religious fanaticism, and fraud crimes in the online shopping space are 
increasing more and more. It is a pity that young people make up the majority of people who 
commit mischief and crime with the help of information technology. Most of the violations of 
the law in the virtual world are committed by teenagers between the ages of 16-23 in our 
republic.
