in the minds of young people who are studying in the educational system is especially 
pressing. The idea that "it is impossible to overcome the evil of bribery in society" has formed 
in the minds of young people, and we are witness that even they themselves are not 
ashamed and not afraid to say the words "I will take a bribe" in the future. In this case, anti-
corruption measures should be developed and presented to the public immediately. First of 
all, people should have such a worldview that serious fear should be formed, not the simple 
situation of corruption. It is necessary to increase their consciousness in the family, 
kindergarten, school, not only that greed and bribery are bad vices, but also that it is the 
reason for the decline of our society and the backwardness of our economy. 
Responsible Press: A responsible press for gathering, curating, presenting and 
disseminating information can increase public awareness and accelerate reforms to tackle 
corruption. A responsible press plays an important role in many developed and developing 
countries in exposing wrongdoing, as well as serving as a watchdog in curbing corruption 
and preventing it from getting out of hand. To be more specific, the protection of selfless 
journalists who conduct independent investigations should be used, but unfortunately, this 
situation does not exist in our country. It is even sadder that today, even if an article is 
published in the press that alleges that some leader is making secret wealth, no action is 
taken against it and the situation remains as it is. For example, once there was a rumor 
about the leader, he was removed from the party, jailed, so the officials were shocked by 
the "fourth government". The press service has a great role in instilling in the minds of 
citizens that there can never be development without criticism. 
Regulatory agencies: There are countries with highly effective anti-corruption 
agencies. Examples include China's Independent Anti-Corruption Commission in Hong 
Kong and similar institutions in Botswana, Chile, Malaysia and Singapore. However, if we 
look at the example of our country, citizens are not satisfied with the activities of such bodies. 
For such bodies to function effectively, they must be created in an enabling political 
environment in which leaders are honest, civil servants are protected from political 
interference, and corruption is curbed. Otherwise, anti-corruption agencies will become 
useless and worse.
