technology, an employee or staff with the required knowledge and experience can be hired 
by testing their knowledge. 
Leadership: It's a good idea to start cleaning and renovating your home by fixing the 
roof. Therefore, the leadership of the country should play an important role in the fight 
against corruption. In Asian traditions, it is important to respect leaders and those of high 
authority. Hence, top management should set a good example of honesty, dedication and 
hard work. The main task of such a management apparatus is to control the observance of 
etiquette rules by its employees. 
Credibility: Offenders soliciting and offering to enter into a corrupt deal in order to 
earn good profits must be convinced that the government is serious about fighting corruption. 
To this end, one suggestion is to "fry the big fish," that is, to publicly try and punish some of 
the country's most notorious corrupt officials. In several Asian countries, there have been 
trials of important officials and businessmen accused of corruption. However, since
