Implementation of the research results. Based on the proposals developed 
in the study of the specifics of the Central Asian and European Renaissance: 
suggestions and recommendations regarding the significant influence of 
secular knowledge, mainly scientific and scientific characteristics and its use on the 
development of socio-philosophical thinking in the West under the influence of the 
heritage of Eastern enlighteners in the process of studying the scientific, 
philosophical and spiritual heritage of Central Asian and European thinkers were 
used in a practical project «Research of unique ancient written manuscripts and 
sources, creation of their digitized library» under the code A-FA-2019-9 (Reference 
No. 78/1-23 of the Khorezm Academy of Mamun dated April 10, 2023). The 
introduction of scientific results into practice served to enrich the grant project with 
new materials and factual information;

suggestions and recommendations regarding the treatise of Muhammad ibn 
Musa al-Khopazmi «The book on the masterful use of asturlobs» («Kitab al-amal 
bi-l-asturlobot» بلارطسلأابلمعلاباتك ) translated from Arabic into German by 
E.Biedemann and I. Frank, which by the end of the 12th century was important in 
that science and technology are of great importance, given the demands and needs 
of everyday life in the East and West, in general, in Asia, Africa and Germany in the 
territory of the «Holy Empire of Rome» were used in paragraph 29 of the scenario 
of propaganda events on the topics «We will be worthy heirs in generations», «We 
are the children of great scientists», «Educated youth are the pride of the nation» 
indicated in the annual plan of the Republican Center «Spirituality and 
Enlightenment» - increasing spiritual and educational knowledge and horizons 
students in educational institutions, in order to promote historical monuments and 
protected natural areas in the implementation of the project «I will study the history 
of my country» (Reference No. 02-22/359 dated 04/20/2023 of the Center for 
Spirituality and Education of the Republic). As a result, the activities of educators 
were covered on Internet sites dedicated to the heritage of Eastern and Arab 
scientists, scientific results served as material for the preparation of posters on the 
topic; 
proposals and recommendations regarding the development of the scientific 
picture of the world and the cosmological teachings of Western Europe in the
XIV-XV centuries, the contribution of the heliocentric concept of Abu 
RaykhanBeruni, the development of natural philosophy, the further enrichment of 
its ontological and epistemological fund were used in the activities of the Agency 
for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to support creative youth with high 
intellectual potential, in particular, «Youth of New Uzbekistan, unite!» when 
developing paragraph II of the program of the competition held under the motto 
«Festival of Youth» (Reference of the Central Council of the Youth Union of 
Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2023 04-13 / 338). As a result, the ideas of Eastern and 
Western thinkers about ontological and epistemological views in philosophy, that is, 
the development and popularization of scientific knowledge about the world and 
cosmological teachings, as well as reading books dedicated to the heritage of Central 
Asian and European thinkers in higher educational institutions to study the heritage 
Eastern and Western thinkers, effective organization of work in the areas of 
patriotism, self-sacrifice, loyalty to the Motherland, development of business 
qualities, altourism; 
proposals and recommendations on the position that astronomical ideas 
created in the East and in the West have found practical application in the 
geographical economy and have made an important contribution to the development 
of the countries of the Great Silk Road, and the scientific tasawwuf is the idea of a 
person’s desire not only for material wealth, and for spiritual wealth, faith is based 
on a comparative philosophical basis were used by the Ministry of Tourism and 
Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the activities of the Surkhandarya 
Regional Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage (Reference No. 01-25 / 314 
dated April 17, 2023 of the Surkhandarya Regional Department of Tourism and

Cultural Heritage ). As a result, the implementation of scientific results into practice 
has been achieved for the effective organization of work in the areas of reading, 
patriotism, dedication, loyalty to the Motherland, the development of innovative 
abilities in higher educational institutions and educational institutions of the 
Surkhandarya region.
